Classic flavors baked from scratch, including Fudge, Italian Cream, Coconut, German Chocolate, Hummingbird, Carrot, and Angel Food. Simple buttercream finishes or rustic homestyle textures are our specialty.
Dessert Tables
Build a crowd-pleasing spread with fresh pies and fried pies, doughnuts, cookies, brownies & bars, and sweet rolls. These are the Schlabach’s classics your guests will actually eat.

Select items can be shipped, but layered cakes cannot. We’ll guide you on shippable favors like cookies or certain packaged items.
Yes, local delivery is available. We’ll coordinate timing with you, your planner or your venue.
Open Monday–Wednesday, Friday & Saturday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. Closed Thursdays and Sundays, and closed all of January. Please ensure we schedule your pickup time in advance.
